We shot this set late at sunset and really only used one strobe to light the picture. In fact by the end of this shoot, it was really getting too dark to shoot without some type of high ISO and backgrounds going completely dark. But, I loved this bus and the outfit was simple. Then, when I got back to the computer and did some light editing... I absolutely loved the results of this set!
And to top it all off, we were sneaking around on this set... The site had a rule which said no thongs... :)
Scott Van Eck is an incredible artist and I have had the chance to work with him several times on different projects. This project grew out of our interest in comic books. We wanted to do a group of characters where each body paint would stand alone and each body paint would work as a group photo. So, we started painting. This project took 3 days to complete. The 5 different models who participated in the project were WONDERFUL to work with and I am proud of the final version of this photo!
One of my favorite models and just an outstanding lady!
This set was shot with all natural light.
Ariana is one of my favorite models. She did an awesome set with red lingerie for this week's post...
This was the coolest location to shoot! If you're a photographer, you have to make Nelson's Landing a location to go shoot. So many different settings there to work with. This crashed airplane was left from the movie 3000 Miles to Graceland. It was blown up in one of the scenes in that movie.
This is the first of several new shots taken in Nelson's Landing, Nevada. This town is about an hour outside Las Vegas and is the site of several movie locations. It's just a great place to shoot...
I've stated before in my blog that Nevada was one of the most best locations I've ever used to shoot. This is more from my trip to Nevada in February.
This was a Sunday shoot at Laguna Beach and was done for submission to Hooters for their calendar.
